Spinach Pesto - Spinat Pesto


This Pesto recipe is an oil-free version only made out of nuts and nutritious ingredients. For me pesto always reminds of Italian spirit and when I directly get into the mood of a warm holiday in the Tuscanny. Perfect for pasta, as a spread or for creating delicious sauces.

Spinach Pesto

85g Cashews

100g spinach

2 Garlic cloves

2 Tbsp Nutritional yeast

120 ml Almond Milk

Salt

Mix all ingredients in a food processor until you get a creamy pesto.

85g Cashews

100g Spinat

2 Knoblauchzehen

2 EL Hefeflocken

120 ml Mandelmilch

1 prise Salz

Alle Zutaten im Mixer mischen bis ein cremiges Pesto entsteht.
