Oriental Kitchen - Definitely one of my favourite cuisines. The use of their unique spices always reminds me of 1001 night dream. Since I love hummus so much I wanted to create a special version of it. The roasted bell pepper gives the hummus such a delicious taste but also texture. I love to eat it either with my flat bread recipe, with falafel or with potato wedges like here.
Bell Pepper Hummus
500g chickpeas
2 oven roasted bell pepper
2 large garlic cloves
2 Tbsp Tahini
2 tsp Cumin
1/2 lemon juice
chickpea liquid of 1 can
2 Tbsp sesame oil/olive oil
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until the hummus gets really creamy and fluffy.

Rote Beete Hummus
500g Kichererbsen
2 Rote Paprika (im Ofen geröstet)
2 Knoblauchzehen
2 EL Tahin
2 TL Kreuzkümmel
1/2 Saft von einer Zitrone
Kichererbsen Flüssigkeit von 1 Dose
Alle Zutaten im Mixer pürieren bis eine Homogene und fluffige Masse entsteht.
